Delete account
You can delete your Nafuu account yourself, permanently, at any time.
In the app
- Open your profile in the app.
- Choose "Data & Privacy" and then "Delete account".
- Confirm the deletion. If you signed in a while ago, confirm your sign-in again with your password or your Google account.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in, including profile and settings
- Your community posts, replies and challenge participation
- Your consent, warnings, suspensions and appeals
- The link between your device and push notices
Diary, moods, tasks and self-tests exist only on your device. You can have them deleted in the same dialog as well; otherwise they stay on the device.
What remains
Reactions and reports on other people's posts remain as counters or receipts without any link to you. Deleted data may remain in our service providers' backups for a limited time. Statutory retention duties remain reserved. More in the privacy policy.
No longer have access to the app?
Write to [email protected] from the email address of your account with the subject "Delete account". We delete your account and usually confirm within 30 days.
